
Campground Rules
FARM OF DREAMS RESORT GUIDELINES, REGULATIONS & WAIVER AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
1. Put Everything Back: If you moved the picnic table or other items on the site, push them back. If you create holes or trenches, please fill them in; they can be dangerous for new campers. Please keep your site tidy. Upon departure, please dispose of all trash in the designated dumpster. The dumpster is near the activity center behind the conex storage container.
2. Maximum number of people: Max guests 6 per site or cabin. We allow 4 guests as part of the reservation. The 5th & 6th guests will be charged $10 per person per night. This limit is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Maximum charge $70 per person per reservation.
Guests who have reserved an RV site or a cabin will also enjoy our resort amenities, including a heated pool, cornhole, tetherball, horseshoes, hiking trails, and a lakeside fishing dock. The reception hall and the activity center are available for private rentals.
Registered guests can invite others to join them. Your guest will need to purchase a day pass: $15 for adults, $10 for children aged 2-13, and children under two are admitted free of charge. This helps manage the resort’s capacity and maintenance. Guests must depart by 10:00 pm. Wrist bands can be obtained at the office. Thank you for being so understanding.
3. Pool Rules: The pool is open from dawn to dusk daily. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Under no circumstances are children 13 and under to be in the pool area without direct adult supervision. Proper swimming attire must be worn in the pool. Children who are not potty-trained must wear swim diapers. Please use the on-site shower before entering the pool. No diving or running around the pool. No glass bottles, containers, or other glass objects are permitted in the pool area. No pets are allowed in the pool area, with no exceptions.
4. Keep pets on a leash and Tidy up After Them: Pets are welcome, but must be kept on leashes (six-foot maximum length) or inside and not left unattended. Whether at your campsite, walking through the campground, or on hiking trails, always clean up after your pet and dispose of it properly. Please ensure that your pet stays off other campers’ sites. No excessive barking allowed. We have a dog park for your convenience. Pets cannot be left unattended outside of the buildings. Pets are not permitted in or near any buildings, bathrooms, or playground areas. They are prohibited due to health codes. A pet fee applies to cabin rentals. The cost is $100 per stay.
5. Golf Carts: We encourage safe driving, and for safety reasons, please do not allow children under the age of 16 to drive recreational vehicles. It is the parents’ responsibility to enforce this rule. The speed limit in the resort is 10 mph. NO UTV OR ATV. A $10 daily trail fee applies when you bring your golf cart. A maximum cost of $30 will be charged for stays of 3 days or longer.
6. Speed Limits: The speed limit in the resort is 10 mph. This includes golf carts that use the hiking trails. Please be aware of hikers walking the trails.
7. Parking: All vehicles must be parked a minimum of 20 feet away from all buildings except the cabins. Parking must be on the pavement and not on the roadways. RV sites may have up to two vehicles per site.
8. Bath House: The bathhouse is open 24/7, providing showers and restrooms for our guests.
9. Laundry Facility: The laundry room is open 24/7. There is laundry soap in the vending machine. Quarters and dollar bills may be obtained from the office.
10. "Only you can prevent forest fires." Be sure to put out your fire before bed, before heading out for the day, or when you leave the site at the end of your stay. The general rule of thumb is to ensure the coals or ashes are cold. Firewood can be purchased on the west side of the pool area: $10 per bundle. Leave your extra firewood. If you have no use for it at home. With fewer things to pack, this is one of the camping rules that benefits you and those who use your site after you.
11. Be A Good Neighbor: Please avoid cutting through anyone’s campsite. People pay to be at the campground, making the site their personal space for the duration of their stay. Don’t intrude just to save a few minutes on your walk to your destination.
12. Respect Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 8 am. These are put in place to encourage tranquility and peace during the restful hours. Voices carry in the still of night, so be respectful of this time. Be mindful of your early morning routine, as well, which can be just as disturbing. No foul words, please.
13. Use Lowlights: When driving through the campground or unloading your car in the dark, turn off your headlights and use your lowlights. For those around you, the bright lights can disturb sleep. Once you arrive at the campground, use lanterns and flashlights.
14. Repairs: No vehicle repairs are to be done in the resort. This includes oil and tire changes. Please refrain from washing RVs and other vehicles.
15. Alligators: If you see an alligator on the property, DO NOT feed or approach the animal. Please do not harass, feed, or hunt any of the wildlife. Beware of water moccasins.
16. Lake Areas/Dock Area: For your safety, no swimming is permitted in the lakes. FODR has NO liability in the lake area. Fishing is catch-and-release only. There is a community dock that all guests can use off the common area in front of the cabins.
17. Boating: The resort has a Jon boat with a trolling motor that may be rented at the office. When boating on the lake, please ensure you have read the boating and swimming information sheet included in your welcome packet. The lake is non-motorized and has a slow speed limit. There is a community dock that all guests can use off the common area in front of the cabins.
18. Firearms and fireworks: No fireworks are permitted. All the federal and State of Florida laws concerning the possession and handling of firearms shall be obeyed.
19. Non-Smoking Resort: No smoking or vaping in or around any of the public buildings, cabins, or swimming pools. Smoking is permitted at your lot and in your RV. All butts MUST be placed in a safe receptacle.
20. Office Camp Store: We offer a wide range of items, including walking sticks, FODR t-shirts and hats, RV supplies, fishing poles, artificial bait, and essentials for camping.
21. Sports Equipment: Ping Pong, tetherball, horseshoes, and cornhole.
22. Connecting to Wi-Fi: Left-click on your wireless network connection icon, click on Wi-Fi, select Farm of Dreams Resort, and enter the password enjoynature! This will allow you to connect to Wi-Fi.
23. Sewer: As a courtesy to the campground and the septic system, we ask that no feminine products, paper towels, diapers, and similar items be flushed down RV toilets or in public bathrooms. This will allow the system to run smoothly for all guests.

Quiet Time: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am
Check-in/Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00 am, and check-in time is at 3:00 pm.
Safety after dark: To ensure safety, please carry a flashlight. No riding after dark.
Smoking: No smoking in any building or restrooms. Please put out your cigarettes in an ashtray.
Children: Parents are responsible for children at all times. Please do not leave your child unattended. This is a family-friendly resort, and we kindly request that no foul language be used.
Alcohol: For safety concerns, we kindly request that only beer and wine be consumed in public areas. It is against Florida Statute 775.082 for a person under 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages even with the parent’s permission.
Visitors: We kindly request that all visitors depart the campground by 10:00 p.m.
Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy is as follows: a full refund, less a $10 cancellation fee, will be provided when cancellations are made 30 days or more in advance of check-in. A 50% refund is available when canceled 11-29 days before check-in. There will be no refunds for cancellations 10 days or less before check-in.
Refund requests must be submitted by phone. No refunds are given based on weather conditions unless the facility has been officially closed due to severe weather.
