What is your cancellation policy?
Strict Cancellation Policy: including weather-related issues
A full refund, less than the 10% cancellation fee, will be provided for reservations 61 days or more prior to check-in.
A full refund, less a 20% cancellation fee, will be provided for cancellations made 60 days or fewer prior to check-in.
A 50% refund is available for cancellations made 15-29 days before check-in.
There will be no refunds for cancellations 14 days or less before check-in.
We understand that plans can change. Unfortunately, we’re not able to adjust the dates of your current reservation. To secure new dates, the existing reservation must be cancelled per our policy, and a new reservation is created.
As a small business, we rely on confirmed reservations to operate and serve our guests at the highest level. For this reason, we follow the cancellation policy outlined above. However, if the resort closes due to severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will gladly provide a 100% refund.
Is the camping resort pet-friendly?
Yes! We have a pet park available for guest use and our four-legged friends.
Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
We highly recommend making a reservation. You may book at this link.
Are campfires allowed, and can I purchase firewood on-site?
Yes and yes! You can purchase firewood at the resort office. Please note that it cannot be brought into the wooded areas. Please remember to put your fire out when you step away from your campsite. Because you can endanger those around you, this is one of the most important camping rules, regardless of where you go. Be sure to put out your fire before bed, before heading out for the day, or when you leave the site at the end of your stay. The general rule of thumb is to be sure the coals or ashes are cold.
Is Wi-Fi available at the camping resort?
We are located in a heavily wooded area with limited Wi-Fi access. Upon arrival, you will be given the Wi-Fi details.
Do you offer group camping options or facilities for events and gatherings?
Please get in touch with us directly regarding your stay for large groups and gatherings.
What are the check-in and check-out times for accommodations and campsites?
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am.
Are there nearby attractions and activities outside the camping resort?
Yes, we are only 45 minutes from Busch Gardens, Weeki Wachee Springs, and golf courses. Please visit the websites for Florida Adventure Coast, Nature Coaster, and Brooksville Main Street to learn about local happenings here on the Adventure Coast.
